Selection
Selection will be done based on an online Technical Test and Aptitude Test which will be carried out at the following 24 Centres across India

Test centre will be alloted solely at the discretion of the company. Company at its discretion can add or delete the centres.
Final selection will be done through
Group Discussion
Personal Interview
Engineering professionals will be communicated about the schedule of Group Discussion & Personal Interview through email address provided by them for final selection.
Placement
The selected Engineering professional shall undergo one year training at our various projects
The final place of posting will be allocated after successful completion of training
Engineering professionals will be given roles in upcoming thermal, hydro, gas and coal projects in engineering, construction, erection, testing, commissioning, operations and maintenance, quality assurance and operations services etc
Engineering professionals can be placed, across the country, in any of the functions at projects or offices and at any subsidiary companies of Reliance Power Limited
